Jeffrey Chiasson

After discovering the relevance of the creation/evolution issue through his pastoring experiences with youth, inmates and the homeless, Jeff was faced with the difficulties of defending the Bible in an increasingly godless society. He found no other way to understand the issue but to face it head-on and, as a result, it is his conviction that without an understanding of the foundations of the Christian faith as established in Genesis, the gospel message of Christ’s life, death and resurrection is left to compromise.

Jeff holds a B.A in Theology from Prairie Bible College in Alberta, Canada, and two theological diplomas from New Brunswick Bible Institute. Jeff has dealt with the creation/evolution issue at both a layman and college level. Through his theological training and personal study, Jeff came to the realization of the extent to which an individual’s belief about origins shapes his or her worldview. Thus, Jeff has dedicated his life to making known the truths of God and His word to others, beginning with Genesis as the only logical foundation for the Christian faith.

His hobbies include writing music (has produced an independent CD with all original music) and recreational sports.

Jeff lives in Kitchener, Ontario, with his wife Jenny.
